The Price includes
- The use of the whole facility (excluding production area)
- All the chairs and tables (for 140 people)
- 1 bartender (up to 50 people)
- The use of our kitchen
- The use of our PA system for background music (Ipod or Pandora Station)
- No linens provided
- Not set up and tear down provided ($100 if you want us to do it)
- All alcohol has to be served by our staff (no hard alcohol)
- For the use of our PA system, lights and stage ($150).
- All the items brought in have to be removed after your event.
- For catering, you are welcome to bring in your cater or your own food. If you don’t have a caterer we can recommend you one.
- Decoration restriction: no confetti, no glitter. All candles have to be in fire proof container.
- Missoula Winery is not responsible for any items left behind.
- 50% of total fee is due upon reservation (non refundable). Remainder is due the day before the event.

The Event Center
Missoula Winery and Event Center offers an unique and outstanding venue for your upcoming events. The space can accomodate up to 140 people seated inside, up to 200 people standing inside and up to 300 people outside. The Event Center is available for Weddings, Receptions, Fundraisers, Birthdays, Baby Showers Coporate Events, Meetings and many more.
For catering, you are welcome to bring in your cater or your own food. If you don’t have a caterer we can recommend you one.
