The grapes were harvested so late, the finish product is similar to an icewine in its intensity and sweetness. Candied tropical fruit and wild grass aromas are layered with a persistent savory sherry undertone. Exhilarating acidity marries with concentrated sweetness, dried stone fruit, and crushed flower petals on the palate.
