2009 Sauvignon Blanc - Lots of stone fruit aromas catch the nose of this fruity Sauvignon Blanc. Peaches, apricots and mangoes are followed by notes of white pear and pineapple. The mouth is round with touches of exotic fruits and is vibrant on the finish. It is an excellent wine for any shellfish, shrimp and sushi, or as an apéritif. Serve chilled.
2008 Chardonnay - An elegant wine with both presence and delicacy. The complex rip nose offers aromas of white flowers, pears and roasted nuts. On the palate it shows a luscious and soft texture implemented by a creamy fruity palate of yellow core fruits followed by a great minerality. Bright acids elongate the finish with hints of toast, nuts and exotic fruit zests.
2009 Chardonnay - An elegant wine with both presence and delicacy, the nose of pear and stone fruit lead in to a crisp and complex body. This un-oaked Chardonnay shows a luscious palate of yellow core fruits, apple and white flowers, followed by a great minerality. Serve chilled. Consider paring this un-oaked Chardonnay with guacamole, garlic, salads, grilled shrimp or even curry dishes.
