2009 Pinot Noir - This light bodied wine displays a lovely red-cherry color and a complex bouquet of wild black cherry, red plum and blackberry, accented by a light essence of sandalwood. This Pinot Noir pairs excellently with almost the entire spectrum of foods from fish, shellfish, pasta, to chicken, duck, pork, veal, beef, vegetable dishes and cheeses.
2007 Cabernet Franc - This Cabernet Franc exhibits a fruitforward style with hints of blueberry, black currant and raspberry with light coffee flavors. This wine has a great mouth feel and a smooth and long finish that is very pleasing to the palate. The acidity is moderate and the tannins are smooth and pleasant. Cabernet Franc is one of the “parents” of Cabernet Sauvignon with similar characteristics but smoother and sometimes more pleasing mouth feel.
